And once again I appear from long silence to bring a fic. This is the first chapter of an extended series I've been working on; I'm posting it mostly as a promise to myself that I will finish it eventually.

Read this after Asuka recced it on her LJ, and wow, it's amazing! Your Toph and Zuko are dead on, and although I know Sam through SGA rather than SG-1, and don't know Janet at all, all of the Stargate tech feels very right. One of my favorite things about the Stargate universe is that crossovers like this are so plausible. I also love that you don't just handwave away the language issues.

Thank you for posting, and I hope the muses/time/real life allow you to keep going. :)
