This is kinda what I'm looking for but feel free to suggest something or ask me questions.

But mostly I want it user-friendly. Easy to read and find things. I'm a moron when it comes to tech stuff like this obviously, so simple has always been what I went with.

Okay, your layout right now is a "fluid" layout. It stretches to fit the browser window of whoever is looking at your layout. You want it fixed so that it doesn't stretch/stays the same no matter who is looking at it?

If you want me to make it fixed, do you want the body to be the width of the header you want to add? If so, you just need to let me know the width of the header you want to use.

I'm good on everything else. :)

It's fluid? Ummmm okay... just um whatever works best i guess.

Umm I don't know the sizes off-hand of the douple of header I have but I assume they can be re-sized.
