I think I'm more team Joss, even though I have only watched Btvs & Angel. I think what put me off of JJ is the ending of Alias (& the whole Rambaldi freaky mythology) and Lost, which just annoys me.

It was hard to pick a fave Joss character! It was a tie between Buffy and Wes, but she won coz I only started loving Wes on Ats.

I love both, but Joss wins with me. For some reason though I've always been more active in fandom for shows JJ does.

Wes is my favorite Joss character without question. Then Jayne.

joss all the way. and i even completely forgot that jj even had anything to do with lost.

Sometimes I forget that Lost is a JJ show too. It no longer feels like is, even though he is still there in the background. It's just that Damon and Carlton do the interviews, the main writing and the podcast. Unlike Alias, JJ left the show in good hands when he moved on to his otehr projects.
