So, we were all working the mobile board at the request of rebelsheart, who expressed frustration (and understandably so!) at the lack of supporthelps in the category, thereby decreasing the speed at which users receive answers. We admins are solutions-oriented people, though. The discussion in #lj_supportadmin went something like this
