All you have to do for that is enable support notifications for every category. ;)

I'd ask for supportmindread in Spam, except I don't want to bother with reading spammers' minds. ;P

I wonder whether it's possible to set up an email gateway like support@livejournal.com and abuse@livejournal.com -- then stuff sent to, say, xx-spam@livejournal.com would automatically get sorted there.

Would make life much easier for supportmovetouchers; the easy bit would then be getting spammers to use that special address and only that one.
