Holy crud. I didn't even think II had SH! How the heck do you priv-play *that* can of worms???

II being what it is, it's not normally a cat anybody would get SH in unless you became an admin (thereby getting courtesy SH in all public cats, including II). But I've one a lot of work in the cat and helping Abe out. There's no priv-playing as such; it wouldn't really be applicable in II as it's meant as a transitory cat while issues are being investigated (obviously) rather than a request's final destination, so it differs from all other cats in that regard.

I'm not the only one with a merit SH in II, either. But by far most of the people with an SH in issues are admins, for the reason mentioned above.
