My main reason for starting this journal is because I have been diagnosed with cancer, for a second time. It sounds scary and the options I face in dealing with it are even scarier and yet I am struggling with coming to terms with the reality of it because I feel fine ( Read more... )

Welcome to LJ. Don't forget that you can set your journal entries to "public" (the default, everyone can read the entry), "friends" (just people you've added to your Friends list), or "custom" (e.g. I have a custom list of my gamer friends, to avoid boring everyone else with gamer-only geek humour etc).
You have to be logged in to read your own & your friends' "friends only " entries, BTW.
