Joyce worked a 12 hour shift today. As I only went to "work" for a few hours this morning, I have been on my own for most of the time. If you keep up with her journal, you'll realise that she is freakishly addicted to cooking, and that I am banned from my own kitchen. Today I set out to prove a thing or two

You and Joyce make me laugh. It seems entirely fitting that if you were to partake in something as pedestrian as macaroni and cheese- it would be expensive and gourmet with "weird bits".
Chad and I had spaghetti squash with rosemary vegetables and parmesan fish sticks for supper. Yep, I said fish sticks (but they were the expensive parmesan kind.)
