Hello, and thanks. It's nice to write in collaboration, and it's great to get to give the story from a different perspective. The main idea behind this story is to allot 'time' for emotions, so -

I wonder what happened to Michael, why he can't just go up to Sara and live a life with them!

we definitely want to answer this, but the 7 chapters won't be fiercely plot-driven. We hope to make them more reflective of 'grief'

That's a neat idea, to tell the same story from two different perspectives. Awesome start so far, I'm definitely hooked. :)
