Happy April Fools' Day!

It's been quite a while since I've done anything in the Harry Potter fandom, but when Heidi asked me to contribute another April Fools image for FictionAlley this year, I couldn't say no! For those unfamiliar with the tradition, each year artists contribute an image of the FictionAlley main page mascots dressed up as

I wanna icon of GinnyMurphy, because she is Just. That. Awesome. Also, MalfoyThomas checking out HermioneSusan? Brilliance inspired. I'm not sure I like CedricMichael's tunic dress thingy, but everything else is kinda awesome.
It's suspicious how well Harry fits Harry, doesn't it? *is slightly tempted to write a crack crossover, but... no*

There's already been an HP/TDF crossover, but it wasn't very good (main reason being, the author is only sixteen and needs to develop her craft). Go for it: I bet you could do way better!

See, here's where I had trouble: I thought that The Archive was actually a young Molly, and I thought that Draco!Thomas was actually TV!Bob. Because he's all white I thought he was a ghost. But Thomas is way better. :-D

Anyway, yeah, I'm kind of in love with this!

*laughs* I sooooo wanted to do Molly. She's one of my favourite characters--I actually play her in an RP. But seeing as how Jim once suggested the actress that plays Luna to be Small Favor-age Ivy, I felt I had to go with that.

And after all, the Harry Potter correlation for Molly is obviously Tonks! Awkward yet capable and intelligent, punkish, and (at least circa Proven Guilty) in love with an older man. :D

Not to be a vile enabler or anything, but if you ever have the time/inclination to pick up another RP, I'm about to bring Harry to the_blank_slate and would KILL for a Molly. LOL.

Everybody is great, but I do so love Luna as The Archive. It's . . . kind of wonderful and creepy at the same time. :) And Harry really does look like a cross between Harry and Harry.

Jim once suggested that the Archive could be played by the actress that played Luna Lovegood. It was kind of inevitable after that. :D
