Cameron and Pat had actually come to Princeton with their parents after Aiden called and strongly suggested they should come see the developments at the bar. He hadn't been wrong. They arrived right in the middle of Lachlan's performance to a crowd that had literally closed half the street. Even the police that had come to see what the chaos was had stopped to enjoy the performance. Turns out that Aiden knew the firemen from calling in some favour or another, and the firemen knew the police, so the whole stunt went off without a hitch and without consequences. Cameron was stunned that Aiden even managed to pull it off.
But the street performance was over now, and the bunch had moved back into Luke's now 'safe' bar. Mr and Mrs Preston had gone home with Tara's parents, but everyone else was having celebratory drinks and some good laughs at what had happened. Luke had even managed to make no less than twelve bookings for the coming six months and Aiden had taken names of people interested in where the band would be playing and when. Tab and Lachlan both had people lining up for autographs, though the Scot had disappeared as soon as he finished singing a duet with Tab.
Cameron shook his head as he sipped his Coke, smirking in amusement. "Now this is a whole new level for the bunch," he told Izzy. "This is... I mean, fuck. I haven't even been involved in publicity stunts this effective."
