lol god, people are so stupid. all the time i ask people questions on the phone and get totally stupid answers. i once had to convince a woman that she called the wrong number. "Is todd there?" "No, theres no todd here, are you sure you want North Coast Orthotics and Prosthetics?" "no, is todd there?" "no ma'am, we have no todd here" "well i'm looking for todd, from (insert company name here)" "well that's not us ma'am" "well can you connect me to them?" all this while the other lines are ringing and this idiot is taking up my time..
