Pregnancy Dream

I am writing this down just in case it comes true later I will have it already in writing.

Last night I had a dream. Throughout the dream I was both a participant and an observer. I was me in the dream but I could also see myself in the dream at times. I would at some points feel the dream was happening to me and at other times I would be observing
