For those of you who haven't heard before, James and I have moved. We now own half of a duplex. It's got 1800SF, three floors, three bathrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a porch off the back, a yard (that needs a fence in the spring), a garage (that needs an automatic opener), and was built in 2008

Sorry I couldn't have helped, but unless you find entertainment in watching someone cough their lungs inside out, I wouldn't have been much use.
