Thank you so much! Especially for understanding the underlying point that she's not being protected, as I think that's really significant, first how we see Draco no longer protected in HBP and now Narcissa, two people that Lucius kept safe from most things for a lot of years.

I pretty much second everything aulizia said in her comment. I also love the nonverbal communication among Narcissa and Lucius and Draco. As much the they want to protect her, they get her message to say nothing or it would only make it worse. ♥ Loff them.
I tell ya, this book has definitely throttled me into the fanfic world again. :)

Seriously though, it's such an emotionally trying but significant point of canon, how the Malfoys have given over their home to this utter madman for months and finally have to face, together (rather than separately like in HBP), that Voldemort sucks completely and utterly and they need to see just to themselves. AND THEN THEY DO AND CISSA SAVES THEM ALL. :D
