Hello! As this item is not instock, I don't have the exact measurement. It is free-sized, suitable for the bust of 32-34 inches and should be able to fit S-M size girls. Thanks =)

Hello! The top part (bust area) before the black ribbon is made of chiffon. The lower part after the black ribbon is made of cotton lace. I don't have the exact measurement for the dress since this is my first time spreeing for this item. It is suitable for bust 32-34 inches and can fit S-M size girls. =)
