My theory is that this draws from Amy's nearly-life-long-up-till-now obsession with The Raggedy Doctor. Been thinkin' perhaps this's been her evil plan all along.

Best handling of Doctor/Companion romance EVER, if you ask me. And it makes PERFECT sense, really. She's been pining after him since she was SEVEN. And now it begins deflating. Which is exactly what SHOULD happen.

Yeah, it's been gradually more sense the more I think about it. I guess I'm still getting over the initial shock of actually seeing almost-sex happen on this show.
