I think it takes the fun out of it when you do it for a living. I mean, that's what happened with jewelry. I will miss the jewelry, for sure, but I will not miss the customers. I was joking the other day that I need to marry a man who owns a pawn shop b/c politesse is not as important. :P

It's on this page; it's just further down. Here I didn't name that entry very well b/c I was embarrassed to be posted so many pot roast recipes. Also, in that recipe I used Chardonanny b/c it's what I had, but the original calls for red wine; and that's what I generally use.
