So, my spring break was this week and I don't fell like I've had much of a break. Frickin' lazy ass people I work with keep texting me this week out the wazoo, asking for people's numbers, trying to give up their shifts. Desperate Housewives has a PC games? o_o Dude, what do you do? (seriously, I'm genuinely curious, I watch the show)

Well, it's kinda like The Sims in a way. You pick the name and appearance of your character -- a housewife new to Wisteria Lane -- and you get to name and pick from preset limited appearances of your husband and teenage son. The game is set up like 12 episodes (I'm on episode 6); you have to accomplish certain goals in order to complete an episode and start the next one. Backstory is that the character you play can't remember the first 20 or so years of her life and has to rely a lot on what her husband has told her. So, gameplay is mostly storyline dictated. You have the freedom to do other things aside from hurrying up completed each of the episode goals but there's no open-endedness like with The SimsYou become friends with the other housewives, occasionally helping them out in certain situations (sometimes unwillingly getting dragged into their schemes). You try to learn secrets, decide if you want to be naughty or nice. Their are mini-games of poker, cooking, and gardening. You can go shopping, get a makeover, steal ( ... )
