Yeah, it sounds like you should have learned more languages. Also sounds like either you need new people, or the people you have need to hire more professional people. Seriously, a translator hitting on a celebrity... that's just inviting a disaster, regardless of if the flirting goes well or not.

Having more professional people around you might help with the issues with Shiz, Mimiko, Kimiko, Madoko, etc. Actually, I'd say more than just 'might', in the case of finding sitters who aren't just trying to take your money. ...And me talking about people not being very professional around you is beyond strange, I know. I'll stop passing out advice, not like you'd take any from me anyways.
