I'm really interested to see this, especially since my college theatre just got finished doing an Asian-inspired (and all-female, incidentally) Hamlet. Interestingly, it seems as though they're combining the events before the play with the events of the first Act. Which

I really love the costumes in that movie. I definitely cant wait to see it!
And an all female Hamlet sounds very interesting...

It was fantastic. It was actually a year-long process during which the actors and stage manager "lived with" the text prior to putting it on stage. Although I wasn't one of the actors, just watching them work through it definitely redeemed Hamlet for me.
