Visit to the Hindu temple and synagogue

This week we had the last 2 excursions to places of worship of different religions, all for a course I'm taking - and tonight's visit was the highlight! :) We went to a Hindu temple and could also take part in the evening service, we even received the light/fire blessing as well as an ash sign on the forehead. (still have mine!)

I've heard that thing with the right hand before, loved that little detail.

My friend lives in Basel, but she's never told me about the synagogue, although I'm sure her husband is there every Saturday.
As for the security guard, they're like that at every synagogue around the globe I imagine. Terrorism has left its mark everywhere. =/

Have you been to the doctor's with your injuries?

See a doctor! Knee injuries are nothing to take lightly. I couldn't bend mine, and it turned out to be pretty serious.
