okay, I got this in my weekly girliegirlarmy newsletter... it's totally fab for dog lovers, especially if you love Pit Bulls. I know people insist that these dogs are awful and violent, but the ex-roomie had one and he was the biggest wuss that ever lived. It's true that it all depends on how they're raised and treated.

Awww. Thanks for sharing. I love Pits and all of the ones I've ever met are just the sweetest-dispositioned dogs! I would like to have one. I guess I'll have to wait for a stray to find me. (All three of mine were street strays that I took in.) It makes me so angry/discouraged when communities want a blanket ban on certain breeds - Pits chief among them.

The one my roomie got was from the pound. He was possibly one of the sweetest dogs I've ever met, my mom's teeny dog is meaner and more vicious than he ever was. (in fact, my mother actually got a letter of 'warning' about her little dog because he nipped at the postman's heals for getting to close to him)
