Well... it seems he doesn't know how to build bombs... or any other explosive things. But he seems to be interested in it.

... eh. Don't ask how I know. I'm not in the habit of blowing stuff up, it's just a useful thing sometimes.

And, if he really wanted to find out he wouldn't have to look too hard.
