Are these supposed to be 12 characters where have played ourselves or played with in RPGs? Or are they supposed to be characters from books/videogames/movies/anime/manga?

I don't think it matters. I used a mix of my RPG characters, and anime characters I like. But you could use book characters, game characters...anything.

I've drawn her a bit, but I haven't really posted much art. There is this picture:
