How fortunate that you know quite a few people now who might eat the failures. If they're edible. I do wonder about this combination of cake and pie.

I've added a few more recently, you know. Mr. Blonde and Miss Carla have been eating plenty of my sweets lately, too, along with the usual suspects.

Well, they've gone and found their own apartment together, I think, but you know how it is, just getting started out in the City. Miss Carla had her first curse the other day, and had a rather bad time of it, and poor Mr. Blonde is so caught up in looking after her that I'm sure neither of them are seeing to dinners properly, or anything like that. So I've been helping out a bit, where I can, at least until they get a bit more on their feet.

It's no trouble, though. And Miss Carla had such a bad time of that curse the other day, when everyone was picking fights? So I'm glad to do it.
