It's just, I'd had the sort of feeling that even if I can't remember what he was to me, that...well, that I was rather important to him, somehow. But if that's true...then yes, that would make sense, wouldn't it?

Edmund made me hang a sign on the back of the kitchen door some time ago, reminding me to stop and take a look before I ever leave the house in the morning. I promised I'd try to be better about it, even if it isn't always easy to puzzle out what a curse is just from what people say on the Network.

I'm sure I will, too. It's just a bit frustrating in the meantime, trying to think of that something and never quite...managing it. It's something I really ought to know, you know, and it's just sort of...not there.
