You barely mentioned it here, but I seem to recall that the first day of spring is something else.

It's several other things, actually. A Sunday, for one, and the twenty-first of March, for another.

And your birthday, I believe?

Oh, yes, I do believe it's that, as well.

Even if your brother does not return to fetch you, I would be honored to be of any assistance during the beginning of spring. It would be horrible to be alone, hm?

I'd thought he might manage to make it here last year, but it turned out that he didn't, after all. Still, it's one of my favorite days of the year, the first day of spring. And an important one, too.

Oh? For what other reasons is it so important?

Well, it's my birthday, your majesty. I'll be nineteen this year.

Hey, when you want, if you want, you can move back in.

Things are...er, back in order at the Warehouse, then?

Well, not exactly. I kind of took the liberty of, umm.... moving your room upstairs to where Saya's room was. I think it's a lot more befitting of a princess.

Your friend Saya's?

...Wait a minute. You moved my room? Why in the world did you do a thing like that?

I'm glad to see it. Spring, I mean.

I am, too. It's about time it arrived, I think.

How are you today, Neil?

I don't dislike winter... maybe a little, but it does get tiresome.

I'm doing all right. How are you?

Mmhmm. But in any case, that's another year's worth of winter over, and now we'll have three more seasons to enjoy until it comes again.

...Managing, I suppose. Every day gets a little easier, even if some days it's not by much.

You met him that once, didn't you, Todd? When you came to visit Daventry with me. I'm sure he'd like to see you again, too.

Mmhmm. It's hard to believe it's been so long, isn't it?

It would be, but it'd make for a bit of confusion, I think. I'd be turning nineteen and he'd be turning eighteen, and yet we're twins.
