Well, now that yesterday's curse has come and gone, and people seem to have successfully managed to keep from sticking to each other today, I think it's finally safe to get out of the house and give Valor some exercise. Well, I don't think I was, but I was cautious the whole day, anyway. Better to be careful over nothing than careless and end up stuck someplace inconvenient for the whole day!

Oh, yes, I can think of plenty of people that might fit that description, given the circumstances.

Mmhmm. I think there are some in Xanadu, aren't there? I used to always get them from Kurama's garden, but I can't seem to find my way to that one anymore. I think it must've gone away when he left.

Really? That's too bad.

I'm glad I wasn't stuck to Syracuse, as well. He didn't like not having a ride, but he'd never forgive me if we'd gotten stuck.

It has! But really, it's about time we had a mild one, after the past four or five ones we've had. And we ought to enjoy it while it lasts, since I'd guess that next month won't be nearly so quiet for us.

Well, if memory serves, last year for Valentine's Day, we all went around falling in love with each other for the whole day. So you can see how that might, er, make for a tedious day.

But it wasn't all so bad. We had a ball, too, for it--Blair put one on.

It was! I think Valor was glad for the exercise, and I managed to find what I wanted, so we're all content.

I am very glad to hear that. It always amazes me what you can find in Xanadu even though the season doesn't make it seem likely.
