I think I'm the only one in the City who's actually used to rain the way everyone else keeps remarking on it.

But, either way, you're competing in the tournament? It must be archery, since you mention aim.

I think if we were to go somewhere like the beach, no one would be anywhere near us, and you could shoot across the water. I think it would be perfectly safe.

In my time here, I've only ever seen one mermaid. Besides, if we do have mermaids, I should hope they'd be clever enough to keep well away from this place.

I've always heard them said to be very shy. And easily flattered, for that matter. So you're right, it's likely we won't run into any, either way.

I had a lovely time in my dreams, so I've been quite happy about that ever since. A few of the others I visited, though, were...worrisome.
