This documentary needs to be watched, especially during one of the most important election campaigns in US history.
There's nothing new here, but as far as I know it's never before been compiled in one place by anyone who's not Michael Moore or an antiwar activist group, and certainly not aired in prime time by a mainstream network:

After I saw this I started thinking about why very few cable companies in the US pick up the CBC, and a Conspiracy Theory began to form. It ties into the fact that most Americans know next to nothing about Canada, there is almost no media from Canada in general shown in the US. I started thinking, hmm. Maybe it's not that we don't want to know, it's that someone doesn't want us to know, because they don't want someone who sounds like us and speaks our language telling us things we'd be better off not knowing.
Yeah, I know, I'm a nut. But still.
The CBC has its own issues, but for the most part I love the stuffing out of it. I just wish I didn't have to work so hard to see it.
