Thanks. Yes, a mostly happy ending. :-) Lester totally went all badass. He had to protect his people. I had loads of fun writing that part. ;-)

This was sooo worth the wait! Badass Lester, and I love the Abby & Lester moments, she seems to bring out the softer side in him (or is that just me reading too many of Knitekat's drabbles? LOL)

Poor Connor, so broken. At least he has Abby to help him through it. I'm glad you didn't just do a quick "fix-it" and I will certainly be badgering you for that follow up!

HEE! I'm glad you thought so. I had soooo much fun writing badass!Lester. :-D And yes, Abby does seem to bring out the tender side in him. ;-) (I've totally been loving those drabbles also <3)

He is indeed very broken. But what Lester said was true, he'll be fine because he's got Abby. I'll write it. I don't think E would let me *not* write it. Hehehehe. Besides, I owe it to Connor after everything I did to him in this fic.

Hehehehe. Thanks. Badass!Lester was kinda fun to write. Plus, I don't think anyone, including Burton, saw it coming. :-D I was quite proud of how that turned out, but I must say that it was not actually my idea, sadly. It was Evenstar_Estel. I just wrote what I saw in my head after she put the the gun in his hand and said he should be the one to do it since he is such a capable badass. Glad you liked that part. ;-)

LOVED this! It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Got me all in the mood for more Primeval over here. After I read this fic last week, I went and made a Abby/Connor fanvid. My body is ready... Though my heart might not be if they kill off anyone I like.

But, seriously. This was great. Loved the emotion in this chapter, and that it ended on such a nice, hopeful note. :D

Your body is ready... LOL! That made me laugh for some reason. ;-) I'm so glad it fits what you wanted. I hope you'll consider reading my follow up fic this summer. I promise it won't be "cheesy sexual healing". Hahahaha. I just felt bad after all that crap I put him through for five chapters, leaving him with half a chapter of comfort.

I'm so glad you liked it. I really tried. It's probably not as hard hitting and creepy as you wanted, but hey. I also had to write how my muse dictated. I'm so relieved it meets with your approval. \o/

EDIT: Oh, and I totally agree. I'll be so heartbroken if they kill Abby or Connor. :-C Not cool. And where's your fanvid. You should put the link up. Or did you? I may have missed it. :-/

I'll stop watching the show if they kill Abby and Connor. Not that I don't love the other characters, but... seriously... What the hell do I care about dinosaurs and time travel? Those two had best live happily ever after.

Yeah, same here. I don't think I'd have the heart to go on and keep watching if they kill off the heart and soul of the show. I totally watch for those two as well. *sigh* They totally *deserve* a happy ending. I will be satisfied with NOTHING less than that. *Harrumphs*

Awwww. That's a great little vid. I was totally not sure if you were a Connor/Abby fan or not. I mean you *did* ask for Connor/BUrton non-con with just a side of Connor/Abby. ;-)

The changes you made elevated this so much! This was a nice succinct chapter to end the tale, but it was almost a story in and of itself as far the the Abby/Connor portions of it in the way you demonstrated their devotion and love. Superlative.

Of course BAMF Lester is the BEST! Looks like we get more of him in S5 too! I can't wait.

And yes, add the sequel to your docket. The Conby fan will not let you flake out on this one!
