This is a great installment! I loved Abby trying to bash some common sense into Nick, even if it wasn't successful. I do feel really sorry for Nick though...even though he is sometimes a bit of a 'grumpy knickers' *grin*

Loved the glimpse of him as a teacher as well, I cna jsut picture him being swamped by masses of students asking questions!

Hopefully the next installment will be here soon? Or sooner than this one, anyway? *bg*

Thanks :-) Sadly, Nick is his own worst enemy at times, and can never see what's right in front of him till he's hammered with a brick, and not always then!

I'm hard at work on it now, and it's going pretty well at the moment, so with any luck the weekend may see it near completion. Then one more part should round it off, if my plot cooperates. I was slightly mortified to see how long it had been since I wrote the first part!

He can be his own worst enemy, I agree...Mind you...Stephen is almost as bad when it comes to Helen really...personally I'd just bash the facts into the pair of them with a battering ram and be done with it :)

It's been...three months, give or take a few days? Glad to here it's going well, and the plot bunnies are behaving for once, and looking forward to the next installment!

Yay for Abby! I really like when we see a bit of her friendship with Cutter on the show, rare as it is, and you really fleshed it out here. Here's hoping Cutter starts to see a bit of sense now *g*

Thanks. I think they make a good friendship pairing. I'm hoping we'll see a bit more of that in S3.

And I loved the bit where he stormed out of the cafe and then he was sat in the car outside looking sheepish. So very Nick.

I loved Abby's no nonsense approach and Claudia trying to talk to Nick and I even love Nick's stubborn arse for not seeing what is right in front of him!

Glad you're liking it :-) Nick really needs his earhole whapping, but he's only acting this way because he's miserable deep down and can't admit it. He'll see the light eventually.
