OMG... meep. But meep totally doesn't cover jusy how good that fic was. How dark and angsty in all the right ways. Nick's thoughts on Stephen and Helen sounded spot on, and how hard it is for him to see Claudia every time he sees Jenny.

This is just beautiful. There's a really nice balance here between how Nick feels about Stephen, Claudia, and Jenny. You can really see that he keeps them all in his heart.

And of all the wonderful lines in this, for some odd reason this is the one that just got me...

the inappropriate game of indoor golf they’d invented one bored afternoon.

There's just a flash here of life before the anomalies, when things were normal and they just laughed and were friends together. It's very poignant.
