*Changeling was sat quietly at a table in the library today, surrounded by quite a pile of books. Not that studying was an unusual or unwarranted activity for a student, of course, but for someone not taking a magic course he was certainly reading a lot of books on the subject. Huh

Thorn spends a fair amount of time in the library when his schedule allows. On this afternoon he enters with a stack of homework from his private tutors as well as lessons at the school, but the magic section always catches his interest. Rarely does he open the books on magic, but studying is an excuse to simply be in their presence. The young man takes a place at the far end of the table, trying not to interrupt the other student, and eyes the books already on the table with interest.
