If she leaves the Girls' Rooms and goes into the corridors, she might find a wandering Time Lord. Who might help her look for it. He's achingly bored right now, you see.

She does, eventually, "Hey, you seen a remote control car lookin' thinger with six wheels? I made it a few days ago and now I can't find the damn thing."

In the corridor. Yes, the one back there. As if to illustrate his point, there comes an "OI! What d'you think you're doing?!" from one of the paintings.

There's a beat, then the Doctor runs in that direction. The chase is on!

"Th' hell?" Arabelle blinks and charges after. This school, in originally being a house, the corridors make it impossible for her to fly in any viable fashion.

However, the sound in the distance is that of a remote control car's motor going at full speed, and it's unmistakable. It beats around the corner faster than damn near anything, too.
