Okay, now I have to tell you this. Please don't be alarmed.

I have more than once dreamed about you. I don't dream about people I know, either online or offline or fictional characters, with any great frequency, but I have had more than one dream in which you figured as a friendly, helpful person. (I think that's the important detail.) The weird part is that my dreaming mind, utterly unaware of what you really look like, depicted you as a sort of Midwestern dairy maid--fair-skinned, blue-eyed, and possessed of long corn-blonde hair in two thick plaits. Not unlike Dorothy in the original illustrations for the Oz books, right down to the gingham check.

Please, don't try to analyze this. Just enjoy! *rubs Hal's head*

Hee! I did used to be way more femme than this, with long hair and dresses and all. I've only really been butch since I turned 30.

And I got a gingham dress when I was in grade three, because i wanted one like Dorothy's. :)
