At one job I had, I took along my Klingon dictionary. Every day, I emailed a phrase to my co-worker and she had to use in coversation with me by the end of the day.

It really just means "about my real life". It's from a post I made one time where I said that we all want our flist to post interesting fannish content in their LJs, while in our own, we just want to post pictures of our cats.
