With the death of Professor Iroh, it has become necessary for a new staff representative to be elected to the position of school governor. Any professor who wishes to stand may do so, although applications for candidacy shall close at the end of this week, when voting shall then commence.

As many as required by law, Professor. A school must have a board of governors for governance in addition to it's own management.
