Here is what I learned from my recent foray into Chat Roulette. Chat Roulette is a website set up so you can talk to random (in all senses of the word) strangers with your webcam. There's no way to set up what kinds of people you will talk to, you simply keep hitting next and see who you talk to next.

I could never play Chat Roulette because no one in their right mind would ever talk to a writhing mass of zits nestled under a mop of greasy unwashed hair, with a two year old popping up every five seconds and saying "MOMMY WHATCHOO DOIN"
