Her reputation is too important. Here as much as back on her own world, and I can't let it be ruined for someone so unworthy of her me.

You mean magic, of some sort? Like the mistletoe? Someone is controlling the way she is acting? Manipulating her ... I'd prefer she was showing true interest than having her emotions being used against her.

That makes sense.
