So yeah....I haven't posted on this sucker for awhile.  So much has happend.

But I guess I'm mainly posting to ask for your prayers (for those of you who do the prayer thing) and support.  I go in at 9:30 this morning to get an MRI on my shoulder.  While I've been told not worry...I still do.  So your support would be fantastic in the days that are
