Damnit. I have a HP printer that is not working properly. It's not brand new but it's not any older than the computer, either. Anyway, when I go to their website, the only things I can find are essentially ads for new products. Where the hell would I look for, like, troubleshooting or something ( Read more... )

I think so, too. The link that spamwarrior gave me was pretty helpful. Unfortunately, it's something that can't be fixed without buying a new power cord first. It really sucks. This thing is pretty awesome. It's a printer/copier/scanner. Oh, what fun I could have!! (Not to mention the whole "resume" project.)

I guess I shouldn't have left it sitting in a closet for over a year without ever bothering to turn it on, 'eh?
