Both of these were awesome. I was laughing throughout most of the second one, in a very good way. I like that they were trying to get Claire knocked up with Sylar's baby - while, at the same time, disapproving of the two of them being together. I'm definitely overthinking this, but I have to wonder how they would have explained the baby to Claire, had it stuck.
I also liked the first one. It's interesting to think about how Claire might actually try to become more fond of Sylar, just because she knows that he'll be around for forever, just like her.
Awws, thanks for the compliments!! I was worried about these fics, because I was soooo not in the frame of mind to proof read tonight.
Well, the thing is: it was HRG who forbade them to be together (probably should've mentioned that somewhere in the fic). Remember in Angels and Monsters how he was all like "You don't get to talk to her -- ever!" Angela was the one trying to get Claire impregnated by Sylar. After all, she's the one rich enough and maniacal enough to pay Mohinder off.
And the reason she wanted Claire impregnated is because A) I just think it's funny and B) she is in need of more familial minions now that Nathan's dead.
And about the first one. That's an idea I've been playing with for awhile in varying degrees in various stories. I think, honestly, Claire might really want to become more fond of Sylar for the exact reasons you mentioned. It'd definitely be a more pleasant way to spend eternity than hating all the time.
That makes sense. I can totally see HRG trying desperately to keep them apart while Angela's trying to make them a little Sylaire baby. I wonder if Claire was forbidden to visit the lab because of their Sylaire experiments, or if it was just HRG trying to keep her away from everything (again).
Canonically speaking, I can't quite see Claire just falling for Sylar without trying, but I can completely see Sylar convincing her to at least try.
I played with the idea of what would be the after affects of the drug. Really, it was just too terrible to post and would probably get me banned from the community and LJ in general.
Plus, it was just plain horrible. But, in my own demented mind, I found it entirely hilarious and I might post a toned down companion piece at some point. hehe

And yes. Sylar would convince her to try to do that. He wants in them panties. But, also on a deeper level too.

Ew, Mo as a gyno, that squicks me so harsh.*shudders*
I'd love to see what happens now that Sylar has had that fertility drug. Is he gonna *ahem* need some help with that?;)
LOL
Thanks for posting.
