She was just so fabulous in the last few episodes of S2, and her relationship with Adama makes me all fluttery or something, I can't explain it. I'm so bummed we never got a reunion scene, haha.

5. The whole thing felt very LoM which threw me but IDK. I need to see more before making judgement but I WANT MY FLURO COLOURS BACK PLZ. Also the police corruption theme is all "been there, done that". HOWEVER I enjoy the intrigue it all brings.

This and stuff and I go WHY. WHY SHOW WHY. But then I calm down. I does not mind the police stuff so much as the completely unnecessary aesthetic change, though, half the time I am like, well IDK if she's more chillaxed and the story is darker (though, mmmmr, your dad trying to aspode you and your mother is pretty dark IMO (THE POLICE THEY IS THE DARKEST THING THAT EVER WAS DARK STORY-WISE o_0) then it makes sense, but at the same time I'm like, they thought this would make it more like LoM which zomg IS THE GREATEST TO SHOW EVER EXIST APPARENTLY (NOT) and that people would respond this time by going "AH, A RETURN TO FORM HUZZAHS" which, you know, they did not do, so I'm not sure there was a point. *GRABBY HANDS AT BRIGHT SHINY S1* /notsuperupsetbutrantynonetheless.

Ahahaha! I have successfully rationalized this! I won't spam here though, I'll put it up on my lj. Probably with my flailing over tomorrow night's ep. Unless, of course, tomorrow night's ep completely destroys my thoughts on this matter.

I'm not sold on it being all in Sam's head, though. I'm more down with thinking it could be a combination of both of them.

Generic grrarg at fandom in general, not your theories!: I can't successfully rationalize it because the thought of it all being in Sam's head makes me incredibly sad. And takes so much away from everything that the first series was, meant, and means to me. I love Alex SO MUCH. Combination of things, limbo land, etc. I will accept. All Sam or all Gene? No. I just don't get it, like why the show would feel the need to do something like that. How are two entire seasons of a show about a character that's not on the show at all anymore, and why is that dramatically interesting, ya know? Not everything is about Sam, meep! *clings to Alex*
