Yes, exactly! I don't really like spin-offs on principle and I thought this would ruin Life on Mars for me (not to mention I was a bit miffed at the absence of John Simm, who I grew to love in LOM), but I think I ended up liking A2A better overall. And yes, your pimp post worked wonders! I may have to link to it again on my next post just to get more people to watch. More people need to give this show a chance rather than immediately writing it off and dismissing it like I used to.
