Once he had felt warmth, love, passion, now all that was left was pain, grief and an unquenchable thirst for vengeance. Castiel stood before the victorious demons, his night black eyes surveying the broken bodies of those he had once called brothers. Brothers who had punished him for his love of a righteous man. Brothers who had manipulated both himself his charge, his love into fulfilling his destiny, but they had never told him that killing Lucifer would kill the man too and for that they would pay, Dean had killed one Devil, but Heaven had moulded a new one.
