the Russians are spiking my microwave

If I die in the next few days, it is because my microwave has poisoned me. The microwave tray made a weird noise, now there's black charcoal scoring on it, I've gotten a new tray off eBay, and I tested it to make sure it works in the meantime by heating a mug of milk. No weird noise, no extra scoring, but who knows if I'll grow an extra limb b/c
