Well, after the disastrous attempt to make ichigo daifuku, I decided maybe the best thing would be to just make mochi instead.  I made some plain ones with no filling, some filled with red bean, and some filled with nuttella because that stuff's heavenly.

They turned out nice, and they sort of remind me of little snowballs every time. Except now those brownish ones are brown snow >.<
One the other hand, I am now up to date with TTWCC, and… well. I am speechless. All i can really say is, update it soon. And please let there be a dramatic Akame vs One eyes b*stard when the kill him (because they have to kill him).

They're so tasty (^_^) Though I don't like the idea of brownish snow LOL. This is my first time trying mochi ever so it was a neat experiment. I might make some more plain ones later today and try to toast 'em in my waffle iron to make moffles (at least, that's what the recipe websites called 'em). I wish I had more people I could cook for instead of just me and the hubby (^_^) Actually, for mochi, it's just me 'cause the hubby didn't want to try it.

Speechless? I'm going to take that as a compliment if that's okay with you. (^_^) As for Papa K's future fate, I do believe I promised a relatively happy ending but I guess you can see there will be much heartache along the way.

I'm going to start work on the tail end of the current chapter in TWCC (it's a long chapter) tonight.
