So, I've joined a little challenge amongst some friends over at weekofinsanity, right?

I've written nearly 8,500 words in 6 days. Holy shit, that's a lot for me, you've no idea.

....of course, it's all been werewolfbigbang and I'm still not done. Holy shit, again. *sigh*

Ugh, still so much work to do on it but WHATEVER.

I kind of suck at writing summaries of my big bang fics, so I thought I might see if someone else wanted to do it for me? Just a thought...

*crickets*

This werewolfbigbang is currently ~9,400 words long, and that's with the last half not actually having full scenes, just free write descriptions of what is going to happen. Crikey.

Still going to need a massive re-write though, but I guess I should just worry about getting actual scenes completed first. Woot.

Writing is fun, y'all.

Man, I've never read Kushiel's Dart, but if caras_fic's, A Lonely Place, is anything to go by, I should do so immediately.

This fic was fabulous - the writing style! The danger! The intrigue! Brendon as a courtesan! And yes, I even loved the Spencer 1st person POV (and that's saying a lot right there) because it worked beautifully with the story ( Read more... )
